Parkway Capital Announces Investment in Davey Coach
Parkway Capital (“Parkway”) is pleased to announce an investment in Davey Coach Holdings, LLC (“Davey Coach” or the “Company”). Parkway provided subordinated debt and equity to support the recapitalization of Davey Coach in partnership with Northcreek Mezzanine (“Northcreek”) and Progress Equity Partners (“PEP”).
Founded in 1992 in Denver, CO, Davey Coach is a premier full-service B2B dealer of small and mid-sized shuttle buses and vans, operating from locations in Colorado, California, and Indiana. As part of this transaction, the Company acquired Hudson Bus, LLC (“Hudson Bus”), another full-service dealership based in Texas. The Company offers a one-stop solution encompassing new and used bus sales, rental/lease, parts, service, graphics, and bus accessories and customization.
