Parkway Capital Announces Investment in Peachey Hardwood Flooring
Parkway Capital (“Parkway”) is pleased to announce an investment in Peachey Hardwood Flooring (“Peachey” or the “Company”). The transaction was led by Sidereal Capital Group, who partnered with the senior management team to lead the recapitalization of the Company. Parkway and Farragut Capital Partners (“Farragut”) invested subordinated debt and equity in support of the transaction.
About Peachey Hardwood Flooring
Founded in 1999, Peachey is a manufacturer of premium hardwood flooring as well as related millwork products such as stair parts, molding, and doors. Peachey’s products are primarily used for residential and commercial flooring. The Company is headquartered in Reedsville, PA – just outside of State College.
